Fine Chai is a robust blend of aromatic spices and pure Ceylon black tea. It is homemade and carefully hand-blended, creating the perfect harmony of warming and soulful flavours. This masala tea will warm your heart and make you love chai.
Our spiced chai recipe is suitable for brewing black or with milk. If you like to add a bit of sweetness to your black Chai, we recommend a drizzle of honey, coconut syrup or maple syrup, even a simple sprinkle of brown sugar.
If you like it brewed with milk, nice and velvety, we suggest a creamy organic soy, nut milk or a full cream dairy milk. A rich coconut milk is also delicious if you like a touch of natural sweetness. Spicy chai is exotic, but you can also enjoy it simply with just milk and sugar.
Our spice tea blend contains the finest ground spices, crushed cinnamon sticks, star anise, whole black pepper corns, cloves, ginger and loose leaf tea.
The best way to make it in a pot over the stove. Once you have simmered the black chai, add the milk and when it begins to bubble gently after a couple of minutes, remove from heat and enjoy.
Enjoy a full and balanced cup, rich in complementary spice elements.
Fine Chai is best brewed using our Fine Tea Infuser for enhanced flavour.
